How do I know if my policy has been successfully issued?

Once you have completed the application process, you will receive a confirmation page confirming the successful issuance of your Cash for Income Loss (Accidents) insurance plan. Within 24 hours, you will also receive an e-Policy through your registered email address.


When will the policy be issued/delivered?

Upon completing the application process and making the payment, Singlife will issue an e-Policy within 24 hours. This will be sent to your registered e-mail address and will also be available in the GInsure section of the GCash app.

How do I pay for my insurance?

Upon initial purchase:

Upon purchase, the amount for payment will be automatically deducted from your GCash wallet. Ensure you have sufficient balance in your GCash wallet before making a transaction.


Upon renewal:

You will automatically be charged the amount due from your GCash wallet on the due date. Keep your GCash wallet filled with enough funds to keep your policy active.


When can I claim benefits from my insurance?

If it is already after the waiting period, then you can file a claim when deemed necessary.


There is a 15-day waiting period from the policy's Effective Date before you can make a valid claim.


In addition, a waiting period applies if your benefit coverage changes. As a result, the waiting period will begin on the date of the effective change.


How do I claim the benefits from my insurance?

How long would it take before I receive my benefit?

It will take three to five banking days to release benefits for approved claims. A credit will be applied directly to your GCash wallet or you can designate a bank account.
